Director of Sales

Snapfix is on a mission to grow its global presence, one Snap at a time. We're seeking a Director of Sales to scale our team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market footprint. This role will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building a high-performing sales organization, refining our go-to-market strategy, and optimizing the sales process to accelerate customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and a passion for building and coaching sales teams to success.

Responsibilities:

  • - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy that aligns with company growth goals
  • - Revenue Growth: Drive new customer acquisition and expand exciting customer relationships
  • - Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture
  • - Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline development and forecasting, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate revenue projections
  • - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success
  • - Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve the sales process, leveraging data and analytics to increase efficiency and win rates

Skills and Experience: 

  • - 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role

  • - Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving consistent business growth
  • - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • - Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management

Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Snapfix, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving new business and expanding existing relationships. You'll be responsible for building a pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and outreach as well as managing, negotiating, and closing new business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients across key industries. Your day-to-day will involve building a pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead and manage the entire sales process from discovery to demo to closing.

    Client Expansion: Leverage your relationships to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, driving additional revenue. 

    Supporting Sales Development: Providing feedback to customer success, marketing, and the executive team on customer trends, product needs, etc.

    Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline progress, helping the team to plan and strategize effectively.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Experience: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in sourcing prospects, running end-to-end deals, and expanding existing clients is essential.
  • Familiar with common sales technology (CRM, outreach tools, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry, especially maintenance and facilities management is a bonus.

Digital Marketing Executive 


Snapfix is on a mission to grow its global presence, one Snap at a time. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive our marketing reach, lead generation and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across organic and paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, website management, marketing technologies, and campaign analytics. You should be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can work closely with the wider marketing team to achieve business goals.

A background in hospitality or SaaS marketing is a plus, given our product, customer base, and industry focus.

Key Responsibilities:


  • - Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms to maximise performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • - Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive conversions.
  • - Optimise website content, landing pages, and technical SEO to improve search visibility, user experience, and lead generation.
  • - Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across digital campaigns and align paid and organic strategies.
  • - Set up, manage, and optimise email nurture campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools to drive engagement and conversions.
  • - Develop clear and insightful reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign success, and growth trends, providing actionable insights.
  • - Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, proactively advising leadership on new opportunities to enhance performance.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  •  
  • - 3-5 years online B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
  • - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns, with a track record of success.
  • - Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation/reporting tools.
  • - Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies.
  • - Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret data, extract insights, and take decisive action.
  • - Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • - Ability to operate independently, problem-solve quickly, and learn new technologies.
