Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Snapfix, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving new business and expanding existing relationships. You'll be responsible for building a pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and outreach as well as managing, negotiating, and closing new business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients across key industries. Your day-to-day will involve building a pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead and manage the entire sales process from discovery to demo to closing.

    Client Expansion: Leverage your relationships to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, driving additional revenue. 

    Supporting Sales Development: Providing feedback to customer success, marketing, and the executive team on customer trends, product needs, etc.

    Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline progress, helping the team to plan and strategize effectively.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Experience: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in sourcing prospects, running end-to-end deals, and expanding existing clients is essential.
  • Familiar with common sales technology (CRM, outreach tools, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry, especially maintenance and facilities management is a bonus.

    Customer-Centric: You have a knack for understanding customer needs and translating them into compelling value propositions.

    Results-Driven: You're motivated by targets and driven to exceed them. You take ownership of your success and contribute to the team's achievements. 

    Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dublin.

Director of Customer Success

Snapfix is on a mission to grow its global presence, one Snap at a time. We're seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead the customer team and elevate the customer journey. This role will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building the Customer Success and Support teams and crafting a best-in-class customer experience that drives retention and customer satisfaction. This person will oversee the entire customer journey, proactively anticipating and addressing customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success within the SaaS industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • - Train and manage a team of customer success managers
  • - Develop, automate, and scale the customer onboarding program; ensure product adoption, manage key customer health metrics, and drive client success
  • - Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer success, providing regular reports to senior management on customer health and team performance
  • - Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to manage the customer lifecycle: proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize churn, while also identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to continually automate the customer success processes and ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap 
  • - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to our customers
  • - Be a voice for our customers across the organization

Skills and Experience: 

  • - 5+ years in a customer success or account management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within a SaaS environment
  • - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • - Natural leader who can inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • - Track record of driving customer retention and expansion in B2B environments
  • - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making

Marketing Executive 

Snapfix is on a mission to grow its global presence, one Snap at a time, as we rapidly expand. We're seeking a Marketing Executive to help amplify our brand and engage with target audiences in innovative ways. As a key member of our fast-paced, agile marketing team, you will create compelling, high-impact content across multiple channels to drive engagement and convert prospects into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL). 
 
This role is essential to our continued growth and success as we scale globally.
 

Responsibilities

  • - Create both long-form and short-form marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and social media updates.
  • - Manage the content calendar for webinars, newsletters, and product announcements. 
  • - Conduct A/B testing on key marketing elements such as CTAs, subject lines, preview texts, and image headers to optimise engagement.
  • - Assist with lead generation and evaluate paid advertising performance.
  • - Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with company goals and strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • - 3-5 years of B2B content creation experience, with a solid grasp of modern marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
  • - Proficiency in creating SEO-optimized long-form and short-form content for blogs, email campaigns, nurture programs, and case studies. 
  • - Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of using data to improve campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies. 
  • - Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing tools, strategies, and processes. 
  • - A self-starter who can operate independently in a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently.
  • - Experience in startups or hospitality industries is a plus, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 
  • - Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
