About Snapfix:
Snapfix is looking for a highly motivated Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This is a full-stack marketing role where you will be responsible for driving growth across the funnel through a combination of product-led growth (PLG), performance marketing, and B2B SaaS expertise. You will work closely with product, sales, and leadership to scale user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives qualified leads, product usage, and revenue growth
- Lead performance marketing initiatives including paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, content marketing, email automation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and in-app messaging for better user activation and retention
- Analyze and report on key marketing KPIs, using data to continuously iterate and improve results
- Own the positioning and messaging for Snapfix, ensuring brand consistency and clarity across all channels
- Manage a small but high-performing marketing team of internal staff and outsourced contractors
- Drive strategic experiments and growth hacks that accelerate market penetration and usage
- Identify new opportunities for marketing-led product improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in a product-led growth model, ideally with SMB or mid-market customer segments
- Demonstrated success running performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and growth stacks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Experience in hospitality, facilities management, operations, or maintenance software sectors a plus
