On September 2019, we launched Snapfix with a clear mission: to create a simple tool that boosts productivity ain teams. From day one, we set out to be a global company, with a goal to make a tool as simple as WhatsApp—but designed specifically for getting things done.
We built Snapfix around two key ideas: using photos for communication and the traffic light for collaboration. These simple tools have become our foundation, and they continue to guide us.
Our North Star has always been simplicity, and our customers love it. One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been the feedback loop we’ve established with our customers. Their insights and suggestions have been invaluable, allowing us to refine and improve Snapfix month after month. Every iteration brings us closer to making Snapfix simpler, smarter, and faster.
We're also incredibly fortunate to have our entire original team still with us, a testament to the strength of our vision and our shared commitment to making the world a better place. And with the addition of new members to our A-Team, we're scaling faster than ever, enhancing the product in ways that are truly exciting.
In many ways, Snapfix has evolved into a new global language for getting things done. Multilingual teams can now communicate and collaborate seamlessly, no matter what languages they speak. A photo speaks a thousand words, and more importantly, it speaks every language. The traffic light, with its universal symbolism, has become our global icon for teamwork.
Just think about it—traffic lights guide millions of people at junctions worldwide, transcending borders, cultures, and languages. It's a beautifully simple solution that resonates with everyone, and that’s exactly what we wanted Snapfix to be: a tool that everyone, everywhere, can use with ease.
As we celebrate this milestone, we remain committed to our mission and are excited for what the future holds. Thank you to our customers, our team, our investors, and everyone who has been a part of this journey. Here's to many more years of simplifying the way the world works, together.
Best regards,
Paul McCarthy
