Join Snapfix for a focused 60-minute session featuring experts from the recruitment industry alongside hoteliers who face these challenges every day. Together, they’ll share practical, evidence-based insights into what today’s hospitality workforce is really looking for and how hotels can respond.

We’ll explore what’s working on the ground across hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day management, with a focus on realistic actions that improve engagement and retention.
