This ranking places Snapfix alongside the most trusted technology platforms in hospitality and highlights the growing impact of purpose-built, easy-to-use maintenance solutions across hotels worldwide.
In addition to the global #3 ranking, Snapfix Maintenance was also named the #23 Most Popular Product overall in the 2026 HotelTechAwards (out of more than 2,600 software companies). This officially places Snapfix in the top 1% of all hotel technology products worldwide.
These awards are produced by Hotel Tech Report, the leading authority on hotel software and digital transformation in the hotel industry. The HotelTechAwards rank the world’s best hotel software companies and products based on authentic, timely reviews from real, verified users in the industry. As HTR say “The only judges that matter are customers” and this achievement is a true testament to the Snapfix product and how successful it’s been in recent months.
That customer support came through in force this year, with 159 customers stepping up to share their experiences, enabling Snapfix Maintenance to cross the finish line with an outstanding 94% “likely to recommend” score.
